NOTICE Gibland Group petition to the Court for appointment of liquidatorThe Authorised Administrator ("Administrator") of Gibland Secretarial Services Limited (“Gibland”) would like to inform existing and former clients of Gibland and other Service Providers with whom the Administrator’s Team is working in respect of company matters that the Financial Services Commission has presented a petition at the Supreme Court to wind up Gibland and other companies within the Gibland Group. A notice of the hearing date will be published at the appropriate time. In the event that the Supreme Court grants the Petition, a liquidator will be appointed and the appointment of the Administrator will cease. Thereafter all communication will be required to be directed to the liquidator appointed by the Court. The Administrator is therefore seeking to finalise and close the Administration and is diligently working to complete all pending transfers. However he will not be able to accept any new instructions received after the 26th January 2011 as there will be no reasonable prospect of completing this work within these time constraints. Any persons wishing to issue such instructions will therefore have to await the appointment of the liquidator. All company matters which are currently pending documentation from former clients will be archived on the 26th January 2011 in order to prepare for the liquidators appointment unless the Administrators team receives the relevant documentation by this time. The Administrator would therefore urge all parties with an interest in Gibland client matters to provide the team with any outstanding documentation so that matters may be finalised. No documentation can be dealt with if it is received after the 26th January 2011. The Administrator is grateful for your assistance in expediting any documentation required in order to enable it to meet its obligations to former clients of the Gibland Group.
