NOTICE
GIBLAND SECRETARIAL SERVICES LIMITED
The Authorised Administrator of
Gibland Secretarial Services Limited (“Gibland”) would like to inform
former clients of Gibland and
other Service Providers with whom the Administrator’s Team is
working to transfer companies, of a number of important matters relating
to the Administration:-
1.
Closure of Office at Gibland.
(a)
With effect from Monday 15th November 2010 the
Administrator’s Team will move from the current offices of Gibland at

From Monday 15th to Friday 19th November 2010 the
Administrator’s Team will not be available to deal with general
enquiries as they will be engaged in the move of office as well as the
storage and archiving of company files in respect of which the
Administrator has received no instructions despite its best efforts to
obtain the same.

All enquiries to the Administrator should be forwarded to

or by phoning 200 44200 where you will be able to leave a voice message.
With effect from Monday 23rd November, the
Administrators will also be available on telephone number 200 44200.
(d)
As a consequence of the move the registered office of all companies not
transferred to other service providers will also be changed to the new
address at Atlantic Suites.
2.
Files in Archive
In the event that any clients require company files
or records which have been archived as a result of their not
having contacted the Administrator or issued the appropriate
instructions, the Administrator’s Team will be able to attend to the
request and instructions of clients provided that all fees due and
payable to Gibland have been paid and a further administration charge of
£250 is paid to cover the
handling costs in retrieving files from storage.
3.
Pending Transfers
Any companies which are in the process of being transferred will
continue to be actioned by the Administrator’s Team in the normal course
of business save as for the week commencing Monday 15th
November when the offices will be closed in order to enable the
Administrator and his staff to move to new premises.
4.
Mail Forwarding Service
Any and all mail received after the 15th November 2010 at the

handling this mail in respect of companies that have already been
transferred out.
5.
General
The Administrator urges any former clients of Gibland who wish to have
their companies transferred out to take the steps identified on this
site for the transfer of companies and would ask them to do so at the
very earliest opportunity and without any further delay.
The Administrator would in particular ask local service providers to
take particular note of the arrangements detailed above.
